CarHop originates the financing on every vehicle and sells the receivable to Universal Acceptance Corporation, (UAC). UAC and CarHop are separate companies. CarHop employees cannot provide any information on UAC accounts.
CarHop and UAC are not credit repair companies. Customers do not pay CarHop or UAC to help them improve their credit. The only credit benefits customers receive result from making their payments in a timely manner and otherwise performing under their contract with CarHop or UAC.
